If you're wondering why KFC has such a bad reputation, here's the answer. To cut a long story short, I got raw chicken two times here! -Prices totally unjustified -Unqualified staff -Eat bad

The colleague at the counter is a pure disaster! Maybe a chronic displeasure? It is always the same person (iliray). Has no desire for his work and therefore deliberately keeps the customers waiting. Complains why the drive is always full of vehicles. I am a regular customer at KFC and very often go to the branch in Lisdorf. The food is ok as it is not always fresh. Either the meat is not done or it stands longer that you cannot eat it at all. It also happens again and again that things are forgotten, for which one also pays money. Definitely need for improvement !!!

Service is clean. The staff are so unfriendly that I have to be afraid of being spat into my food. I also wait 20 minutes for a family bucket ?!

You couldn't have known that at a time when all other restaurants are closed due to Corona, customers come at 12:30 p.m. who want to get something for lunch. With an absolutely minimal cast one was not able to cope with the onslaught of hungry people even remotely in a time that would have been worthy of the term "fast food". 7 guests who had already ordered and paid were waiting with the receipt in front of me at the counter. While the line of cars at the drive-in was getting longer and longer, the cashier disappeared right in front of my nose in the kitchen to help with the preparation of the ordered food. Apparently nothing was prepared, the warming cupboards, in which fresh chicken pieces of all kinds are usually waiting for customers, were filled with empty paper bags and cardboard boxes. After almost 10 minutes in front of the empty cash register, I stopped trying to satisfy my hunger at KFC and left in frustration. Dear people, in my opinion, fast food doesn't work that way, and it wasn't that surprising for you either. Management still has to learn a lot. Two stars anyway, because it tastes good when it works.

What can I say, standing for 18 minutes in a McTREK in a fast food restaurant with three cars in front of you is unacceptable

Unfortunately not to be recommended, I've tried it often enough to rule out a slip. Today pretty much everything that can be done wrong has been done wrong again. I wouldn't care if there was a lot going on there and the staff were stressed. However, this was not the case. Forget the sauce for the bucket, forget the majo, forget the cheese on the burger, one hot wing too little, fries unsalted. But hey, two spoons of coleslaw 👍 It's a shame, then to Saarbrücken to the KFC

The food was ok BUT the people at the car counter are a dread, hard to understand and it's not because of the area. There was no operation and for a 5 for 5 menu I had to wait almost 10 minutes. And this speed is not the first time

The service has yet to be invented there. You get your food slapped on the tray by an arrogant-looking guy who doesn't think much of his job. The food is nothing special. Fried chicken stop.

Not only are these employees rude, they don't even care about your customers! I once had a chicken part, it wasn't even done, it was still red and smelled awful. At 7:50 p.m. the doors are closed and people are ignored!

More and more times, the orders have been processed incorrectly. That can happen Often, but unfortunately it happens here often. Clear minus point!

Baba Chicken

We went to the drive-in today and that's ALL. After a waiting time of 15 minutes we asked at the output window and got the answer that there was a lot going on. After waiting another 10 minutes we just drove and the two cars behind us went with us! There are drive-ins in DIllingen-Saar that take your order in 10 minutes and give you the food. Incl. Wait because two were ahead of me!

The staff was totally unfriendly and overwhelmed. Changes to the order will not be accepted. In addition, half of the order was missing and sauces were completely forgotten. We didn't like the food either. Everything was totally cold and the fries were no longer fresh. Once and never again.

WC was disaster!

When one of these employees is working, it's like four stopping! 1. Catastrophic communication between workers 2. Burger cold (at least the meat was lukewarm) 3. Cold fries 4. No napkins 5. Closing posted at 9 p.m., but no more entry after 8 p.m. (maybe with VIP?) 6. When driving away from the parking lot at 8:15 pm it was already locked and you have to go through the drive in. Actually no problem if you don't need more than 30 minutes because two other cars are "served" there. All in all = dirt More than 7 billion people and I have to meet them.

More types of food are missing from each order I ordered a family bucket for about 23.00 € and it says on the menu how many pieces come and which type, normally enough for 3 people but actually only enough for 1/2 person I've been there more times and they haven't got better.

Worse experience in a fast food restaurant ever. On the hour I was waiting on the line for the drive through only 3 people were served, over 10 cars waiting and they closed 10 minutes early and just sent everyone away. Worse customer service and customer handling skills in any place from KFC that I have ever visited. Would give 0 points if available.

We entered the facility and a quick thing to point out is that there was a rather large family ahead of us. After about 10 minutes, the three customers ahead of the large family were served. Their order was taken followed immediately by ours. While waiting my wife took out son to the bathroom and upon returning told me she has never seen a restroom so filthy. The large families order took more than ten minutes to fill. Our order alone took more then five minutes after. To get to the main issues of the facility. The serves was not pleasant. Even if you have an influx in customers kindness should always be number one. Cleanliness, its a fast food restaurant so I am OK with the restrooms being a little dirty but not to that level. The drink serves station was disgusting and if your not going to wear gloves then please wash your hands after wiping your sweet. Lastly, some of the staff could use some training on how yo expedite. Looking at the order after placing one item in the bag every time slows down serves a lot. All of these are issues that fall on management and should be address.
